To Know God And To Make Him Known

 

To set your home page in Internet Explorer to the Travis Oaks home page or the Travis Oaks calendar, use the appropriate steps below for your version* of Internet Explorer.

NOTE: If you have a web browser other than Internet Explorer or an operating system other than Microsoft Windows and need assistance in setting your home page, please send a Help Request of type “Computer/Network Help Request” and tell us your operating system and the name and version of your web browser.

Internet Explorer 5 and 6 (MS Windows)

1. Start Internet Explorer.
2. Navigate to the page that you want to become your home page:

For the Travis Oaks home page, go to www.travisoaks.org

For the Travis Oaks calendar go to the Travis Oaks home page, then click Calendar, and then click “View monthly calendar of activities”.

3. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
4. Click the General tab.
5. Under the Address box in the “Home page” section, click Use Current.
6. Click OK.
7. For validation, go to any other web page and then click the Home button in the IE toolbar, which should return you to the page you just set as your new home page.

Internet Explorer 4 (MS Windows)

1. Start Internet Explorer.
2. Navigate to the page that you want to become your home page:

For the Travis Oaks home page, go to www.travisoaks.org

For the Travis Oaks calendar go to the Travis Oaks home page, then click Calendar, and then click “View monthly calendar of activities”.

3. On the View menu, click Internet Options.
4. Under the Address box in the “Home page” section, click Use Current.
5. Click OK.
6. For validation, go to any other web page and then click the Home button in the IE toolbar, which should return you to the page you just set as your new home page.

* Note: To determine your version of Internet Explorer, click About Internet Explorer on the Help menu. The product and version information is displayed in the dialog box that appears.
